We developed a strategic vision for the 225-year-old auction house, principally focusing on digital transformation and building a dynamic global brand with an optimised operating model, before leading the owners through a successful sale of the business.

We led the Seed round for Create Academy in 2020 and worked alongside the founders on strategy and execution in the early years as the business scaled. We remain Non-Executive Directors providing ongoing advice.

We have funded and continue to work with the business to deliver its vision of becoming the leading consumer and corporate gifting business in the UK and Continental Europe, providing beautifully curated personalised products at scale.

We invested in Reco in 2022 to help take the innovative and patented wall system mainstream. We provide hands-on support at an executive level alongside our board director duties.

We’re helping the Sushi delivery service build out the tech and operational platform to make it possible to get quality food in rural communities.

We led a significant fundraise for the Paws Group, acquiring a set of pet brands including Fetch from Ocado. We helped with the complex integration of multiple brands, customers, teams, and suppliers onto a single platform. The business was acquired by a competitor in 2022 and trades under Pet Supermarket.

We designed the brand, first product, and go-to-market strategy for the Number one consumer healthcare app in 130 countries. More recently we’ve helped build out a software as a service offer for health providers and insurers.

Embedded within the UW business we led a two-year project to reposition, rebrand, and reorientate a FTSE 250 utilities business into a modern home services company
