Director

Adam combines capabilities in branding, marketing, and digital product design to scale businesses ahead of changes in ownership or funding structure.

Prior to Bowbridge Adam was Executive Creative Director of Albion, working exclusively with businesses looking to accelerate growth ahead of significant fundraises, IPO’s and exits.

Albion took Skype from zero to half a billion users, invented and incubated telco giffgaff, launched the property portal Zoopla, scaled Candy Crush from facebook game to global phenomenon with a $7 Billion valuation, pivoted Zopa from peer-to-peer loan provider into fully fledged bank, and designed from scratch Ada, the AI-powered healthcare business that became the No1 medical app in 130 countries.

Adam has creatively led two agencies, sat on the digital advisory board for WPP, the world's largest communications network and has led large scale transformation projects that have won D&AD pencils, Clios, Webbys, Cannes Innovation Lions, a National Television Award, an Emmy and a BAFTA.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Ed Lee

Director

Ed has extensive financial, operational and M&A expertise, working closely with owners and management teams to enhance business operations, improve profitability and maximise value in preparation for and delivery of sale, fundraise or refinancing.

Prior to founding Bowbridge, Ed was a Director in KPMG’s market-leading Private Equity team, advising some of the highest-profile global PE funds on their M&A activities, across a range of sell-side, buy-side, IPO, restructuring and refinancing mandates.

Ed has worked closely with high profile consumer-facing brands and businesses and his career has focused on understanding what drives a business, how to unlock value and how to navigate complex business issues and transitions.

Ed qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009.
